These terms govern your use of the LexiTap mobile app. By using LexiTap, you agree to them.

1. The service

LexiTap is an offline-first English vocabulary learning app. We provide it on an "as is" basis and aim to keep it working well, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Your account

You can use core features without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use LexiTap.

3. Purchases

Some content, such as exam packs, is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are processed by those stores and subject to their terms. Refunds are handled according to the relevant store's policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: don't reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

5. Content & intellectual property

LexiTap, its design, and its bundled content are owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own learning.

6. Disclaimers & liability

LexiTap is a study aid and does not guarantee any exam outcome or score. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
